Ok, so designs for Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy action figures have been released. I'm a fan of the books (I rarely use the term 'big' since there's always someone who has one up on me). Every year or so I dig up the books and read them all in one weekend and get all sentimental over the first time I read them.

Anways the designs are released. And some words come to mind. The strongest one is 'Hell wha?'

Arthur Dent looks average and very confused which is how I always pictured him.

Marvin looks a bit too adorable for my taste, but enh, he'll have the voice of Alan Rickman which will probably add to the sulkiness.

The vogon's the grossest, most uncivilized beings in the Galaxy wearing clothes, like vests and such is a bit of a stretch. But as Thomas put it "at least their properly gross".

But there is no, I repeat, no excuse for Zaphod. Two heads, three arms and an ego the size of Jupiter. Its not that hard people. They claim the head will be added digitally in the movie, if it will be then why didn't they incorporate it on the figure?

Enh, geeking out aside, I'll still be there to see it when it comes out.
