Deadlines passed, for this brief moment, soon I shall have to return to fix them up and make them better than they were but for the moment I'm free. It seems I never have more creative energy than when I'm just finished with something I didn't really personally care about.

Since my Spring break was a wash out and I've spent the majority of the last few weeks burned out on life and trying desperately to not write things that I don't have time for; I decided to take this weekend "off" more or less. So no minor concept ideas for school projects and attending defensive driving aside, I haven't done much this weekend but write to my heart's content and make jewelry. I've drawn a bit too, but nothing too important.

This is a nice minor reprieve before I get back to the grind stone of art finals, graduation, senior show work, and con prep.

So for the moment life is good.
