My Only Sin is That I Can't Win
Sep. 28th, 2011 03:40 amSorry for the radio silence on this blog. There has frankly been very little to post about. Well I lie, there is stuff to talk about but nothing I feel like sharing.
I had started a business class, that then promptly turned into a a situation that I could not take anymore. The class wasn't really teaching anything, the professor was useless and frankly bordered on toxic. So that ended earlier than it was supposed to since I withdrew for sake of my mental health. I've had worse professors and worse experiences but in this situation I didn't NEED to be there, and wasn't getting anything I was expecting.
There are still other things going on that are still either up in the air or that point where things start to plummet to the ground and probably fall through. Once again not really in the mood to air out.
And to top it all off, my scanner. My beloved work horse of a scanner that I've had for...ages it seems, is slowly dying. If I run it over and over again I can get it to actually scan something vaguely usable but I get the feeling a replacement is needed. And the sooner the better.
In other news Foolish Mortal's 6th anniversary is coming up and I'm working on ways to promote, advertise, celebrate it. This is mainly since I feel like an idiot sleeping through the 5th anniversary. More information will be posted once I get details and such ironed out.
