So I managed to fight my art block and such to make a piece of fan-scrawl. Decided to take my 'roid rage and channel it into a likely candidate. So you know, San from Princess Mononoke, raised by wolves, speaks for the trees and the kodomas, except by speak I mean hack and slash for the trees. Not the prettiest piece of work I've done, but I learned alot about Digital Watercolors and I like the expression.

So I got the typical fan squee responses that one gets when one draws something from a fandom. Then I got a comment that made me pause and stare, I was informed, that while my coloring was nice, they felt I had made San look a little too angry.

After giving my brain abit to process I stared at it and re-read it again. Then I started wondering if I was watching a different version of Princess Mo. than everyone else. I guess I missed the version where she was a serene zen like killing machine. Enh, not going to angst about it, I'm just a bit confused right now. Probably just the meds again.
