So my allergies are now in check thank to Allegra and two different types of nasal sprays. I also start the other part of my therapy this week so breathing and such will not be a task.

Plus the personal crusade I got stuck doing this week has been handled, by others, so that's done.

Now I've jsut got to crank out this paper and I'll be good until I start fretting about the convention junk again.
