Eating poppy seed pastry can screw your drug test big time several days later. And it isn't a joke -- google the news articles :)

Thankfully I don't like poppy seed anything or apricots (heard things about those too for some reason) so unless I have an alternate personality who is addicted to heroin I should be good.
