lissa_quonI'm back home. I went to Oklahoma last Sunday to see my sister and nephew, took the train to Austin on Thursday and then just made it back to Houston tonight. I like traveling but I do like the part where I get to go home and sleep in my own bed and room.
I didn't get a chance to work on any of my more complicated pieces while I was gone, though I did attend a friend's birthday party which was pony themed and fueled entirely on pizza and every single crazy Crayola product known to man. It was rather fun drawing ridiculous stuff without worrying about wasting good supplies or if anyone was going to buy it.
So with that I present you with Kali!Pony.
I drew that Kali randomly and then started asking for requests - someone in the room suggested a Cherubim pony. The actual biblical Cherubim with the many eyes and ring of flames around it and so many wings etc etc. So I decided to give it a shot. I probably screwed up the details like the wings covering the feet or zillions of mouths to constantly sing "Holy holy holy" but hey, I had fun drawing it.
I DID also draw something vaguely resembling a Nuclavee but I decided against scanning that one. So here have a princess and a monster instead. Not sure whatas going on with this, but I might revisit or rework this one later.
And with that I shall go curl up and sleep in my own wee little bed.
