just a photoshop doodle, Crimson from the past, I'm pretty sure the fact she was once in a mental ward isn't so suprising, though why she was there is probably not what one would expect.

The wonky colors are supposed to be like that, I took into accounts Crimson being pale, non pro photographer, bad flash and a few years of paper and emulsion aging, I know from experience that some (bad) commercial color films tend to shift color tone slightly with age. Photography is a hobby of mine btw.
