Oh yea, this evening Disney got back to me and I received an e-mail apologizing for the inconvenience of the lack of digital copy code and sent me a new one in the same e-mail. This is a vast improvement from the complaints I've heard earlier of people having to jump through hoops and then wait for the code to come in on snail mail.

They however did not mention the fact that the main disk itself doesn't work. I shall have to call Disney's tech support as soon as the holiday week is over and complain again.
