Had trouble going to sleep at night. I usually do, lots to worry about, the future will suck, money, lack of job, lack anything really defining my life except for this stubborn obsession for art.
Last nights worries were amplified for since I'd worked a bit too long on the painting, I more work done on it but at the cost of my hands, more specifically my right hand, aching. I've heard too many horror stories about tendinitis or messed up hands or arthritis or what have you to just calmly go, oh I just wore them out. My mind will reel through all the possibilities, and most of them are not good.
Shit like that can keep you up till six o'clock in the morning. And it did.
My hands are feeling better but doing simple actions such as typing causes my right index finger to start hurting again.I'm ambidextrous to a certain point, I can write with both hands, draw with mainly my left and work digitally with my right. I guess I'll either learn to get my left hand working the tablet or take a break on the digital stuff.
Damn I wish I had a proper work space so I could do some stupid pretentious painting. I find the texture and the whole process of acryic painting so soothing, and its also easier on the hands.
