lissa_quonAugust is slow, really slow, no movies come out, no games, nothing interesting happens. Not even politically, for the second day in a row my workplace has canceled the shift.
On one hand this means no crazy people and I can sleep some more and work on art and website stuff. But on the other it means I don't get paid more than 30 bucks this week.
I'm so conflicted.
Ah yes, in other news, got my new boots in today. This marks an almost solid decade of boot wearing (I sported my first pair of hiking boots that never saw hiking at the age of nine). This pair is a bit more stylish than I'm used to but once they break in and get better shoelaces lifeshould be good.
